FINDG USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 15 December

This User Agreement governs access to and use of the FindG platform by all users. By registering, accessing, or using FindG, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below and the detailed policies linked on the platform.

About FindG (Applies to All Users)

FindG is a professional social networking platform operated by FINDG CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED, designed to help individuals build professional identities, share content, communicate with others, and explore opportunities in a structured digital environment.

  • FindG is not a funding platform
  • FindG does not handle investments, payments, or financial transactions
  • All interactions on FindG are user-to-user
  • FindG does not guarantee outcomes (jobs, funding, meetings, responses, deals)

Eligibility (Applies to All Users)

  • Users must meet the minimum age requirement for their selected role
  • Users aged 16–17 may use FindG only with parental or legal guardian consent(where applicable)
  • All users must provide accurate and truthful information

User Responsibilities (Applies to All Users)

All users agree that:

  • They are responsible for the content they share
  • They will use FindG for lawful and professional purposes only
  • They will not misrepresent identity, role, or intent
  • They will not misuse messaging, posting, or platform features

FindG may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

Content & Platform Use (Applies to All Users)

  • Users control what information they choose to share
  • FindG does not verify or endorse user-generated content
  • Users are responsible for the consequences of sharing information

Messaging & Meetings (Applies to All Users)

  • Messaging is enabled only between connected users
  • Meetings may be scheduled via third-party tools (e.g., Google Meet links shared in chat)
  • FindG is not responsible for communications, meetings, agreements, or outcomes between users

Platform Safety & Restrictions (Applies to All Users)

Users must not:

  • Upload false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
  • Scrape, copy, or extract platform data using automated tools
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Attempt to bypass platform safeguards

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Governing Law (Applies to All Users)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Users accessing FindG from outside India must comply with applicable local laws.

ROLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

Founder Users

Founder accounts are for individuals representing a startup or business idea.

Founders may:

  • Create founder or startup profiles
  • Upload startup information, video pitches, and pitch decks
  • Connect and communicate with investors and professionals

Founders agree that:

  • They own or have rights to all content shared
  • All information provided is accurate
  • Sharing ideas or materials is done at their own discretion
  • FindG does not guarantee funding, investment, or meetings
  • FindG is not responsible for misuse of shared information by others

Minimum age: 16+ (16–17 with parental consent)

Investor Users

Investor accounts are for individuals exploring startup opportunities.

Investors may:

  • Browse founder and startup profiles
  • View video pitches and startup content
  • Connect and communicate with founders

Investors agree that:

  • Investor profiles are self-declared
  • They are responsible for their own due diligence
  • FindG does not provide investment advice
  • FindG does not handle or facilitate investments
  • All decisions and discussions occur outside the platform

Minimum age: 18+ only

Company / Organisation Users

Company/Organisation accounts are for businesses, institutions, or organisations.

Companies may:

  • Create company profiles
  • Post jobs, internships, and opportunities
  • Share company updates and announcements

Companies agree that:

  • The account is managed by an authorized representative
  • All postings are lawful and accurate
  • FindG is not responsible for hiring decisions or outcomes
  • Employment disputes are outside FindG’s responsibility

Minimum age (account manager): 18+ only

Acceptance

By continuing to use FindG, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this FindG User Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
