FINDG PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

This Payment & Refund Policy governs all payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refund-related matters on the FindG platform.
By purchasing any subscription on FindG, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Nature of Services
FindG is a service-based professional networking platform.
All payments made on FindG are strictly for subscription-based access to platform features and services.
FindG:
- Does not facilitate investments or funding
- Does not act as a financial intermediary
2. Subscription Payments
- All subscriptions on FindG are offered on a prepaid basis.
- Subscription details including price, features, and duration are clearly displayed before payment.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
Once a subscription is successfully activated, access to the corresponding features is provided immediately.
3. Auto-Pay & Recurring Billing
- Certain subscriptions may include auto-pay (recurring billing).
- By selecting such plans, users authorize automatic renewal charges at the end of each billing cycle.
- Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their account or payment method settings.
Cancellation of auto-pay will stop future charges but will not affect the current active subscription period.
4. No Cash on Delivery
FindG does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All services provided by FindG are digital in nature and require online payment only.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of FindG subscriptions:
- Refunds are not provided once a subscription is activated.
- Immediate access to platform features is considered fulfillment of the service.
Exceptions (Special Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment successful but subscription not activated due to system failure
All such cases are reviewed individually at the discretion of FindG.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals (if auto-pay is enabled).
- No refund will be issued for the unused portion of an active subscription period.
7. Failed or Pending Transactions
- If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, the bank or payment provider usually reverses the amount within 5–7 working days.
- If the issue is not resolved, users may contact FindG support for assistance.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Users are encouraged to contact FindG support before raising a chargeback or dispute.
- FindG reserves the right to suspend the associated account while a chargeback or dispute is under review.
9. Changes to Pricing & Plans
FindG reserves the right to:
- Modify subscription pricing or features
- Introduce new subscription plans
- Discontinue existing plans
Such changes will not impact already active subscriptions until their expiry.
