• FindG does not provide financial, legal, or business advice. Founders are responsible for conducting their own negotiations with investors.

2. Founder Profile & Responsibilities

• Founders must provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and their startup.

• Video pitches, company details, and other shared content must be authentic and free from misleading claims.

• Any false information, misrepresentation, or fraud may lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Investor Interactions & Deals

• FindG only facilitates connections between founders and investors. All investment discussions, agreements, and negotiations are independent of FindG.

• If a deal is initiated, it is the founder’s responsibility to honor commitments and maintain transparency with investors.

• FindG holds no responsibility if an investor does not proceed with funding or if a deal falls through after discussions.

• By uploading content, founders grant FindG the right to display and share it within the platform for networking and visibility.

• Founders should respect investor confidentiality and not misuse or disclose private investment-related discussions.

5. Platform Access & Termination

• FindG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a founder’s account if they are found violating platform policies.

• The platform may update these terms periodically, and continued use of FindG implies acceptance of the updated terms.

• FindG is not responsible for any financial loss, failed deals, or business challenges faced by founders.

• The platform does not provide monetary commitments or guarantees regarding investor funding.
